How Knowledge is Transferred to our Members
Today, with the benefit of object oriented technology, we have a great opportunity in educating ourselves to do things better as group members and to share our experiences and solutions. The purpose of all Special Interest Groups (SIGs) at the Fallbrook PC Users Group is to share computer-related experiences as we use applications and related components. We welcome the participation of both educational institutions and commercial enterprises in this effort. At these Special Interest Group meetings we share information about a particular topic of interest, thereby creating a forum for the exchange of ideas about the field of human-computer interaction. All presentations are free to our members. The only requirement for being at a presentation is to be present. However, we do invite guests to consider becoming FPCUG members. It is with the good fortune of being able to use the Board Room of the Fallbrook Public Utility District that we are able to use a wonderful modern facility to meet and a projector with which to see our presentations. Some of potential topics will depend on experts being found to provide the presentation. If you have a suggestion or you would like to give a presentation please contact us via E-mail with the topic and your credentials to do so.
And best of all, we are a friendly group that range from novices to experts.
